We offer FREE global shipping on orders subject to terms and conditions*.
We guarantee no additional charges on delivery for all our main markets. All import taxes, tariffs & duties are included at checkout.

For pre-orders, see the relevant shipping dates in the product description above.
For non-pre-orders, we aim to ship the next working day following your purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for items with personalisation. There may be a slight delay during busy seasonal periods.
All shipments are made with UPS or DHL depending on the region. You will be notified by email of your tracking number which allows you to track your shipment through the relevant website.
In line with our fair and transparent pricing policy, we offer pre-paid easy returns within 14 days of receipt- simply contact us to arrange your returns or exchanges.
* For orders with a value over £200/€200/$200 (for any other country, threshold is equivalent to €200). These terms are valid from 8/11/2025 through 31/12/2025.
