For non-pre-orders, we aim to ship the next working day following your purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for items with personalisation. There may be a slight delay during busy seasonal periods.

All shipments are made with UPS or DHL depending on the region. You will be notified by email of your tracking number which allows you to track your shipment through the relevant website.

In line with our fair and transparent pricing policy, we offer FREE returns within 14 days of receipt- simply contact us to arrange your returns or exchanges.

Just what I want, the way I want it!

I were curious about where you guys gonna do the initial.
When I got the bag, I actually forgot till I used the small purse, and saw it. It was a pleasant surprise and I like the details, subtle yet clear.
I do think it would be best if you guys give options for customers to pick, to avoid guessing game though.

Beautiful habdbag

Love this bag, leather quality is impeccable ! Design is beautiful and versatile , for my everyday use I should have purchased the larger one. It is just perfect for nighttime use.

Beautiful but probably a little too subtle on the colour of purse.

I would have preferred the initials on the exterior of the handbag so it can be seen

I like the gold colour of the initials however I would have preferred the initials on the exterior of the handbag so it can be seen. Also if the font was a bit bigger & bolder underneath the STOW logo on the front of the handbag it would have been more ideal. The pouch is inside the bag and the initials won't be seen so I don't see the point of it. Thank you for creating such a gorgeous bag ❤️

Nicely done but too intrusive

Unfortunately, the personalisation is larger and bulkier than any STOW logo, so especially on this small pouch, it simply feels too much. Sophistication is key.
