Delivery Timings and Costs

Orders that are placed before 12pm GMT/BST and do not require personalisation will be sent same day, Monday to Friday (excl. National Holidays). We do not deliver on weekends by default; if you would like this option then please get in touch with our customer service team who will be delighted to arrange something for you.

Delivery times are estimated without personalisation taken into account. View our guide below on when to expect your item to arrive based on the type of personalisation you have selected.

    Your STOW piece will arrive with you by DHL. It is fully trackable, insured in transit, and may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified of your tracking number by either text or email on the morning your parcel is out for delivery.

    You may track your parcel via the DHL website.

    International orders may be delayed at customs, in which case delivery times may be longer than those estimated.

    Orders outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes set by the country of delivery.

    If you are ordering internationally and duties are provided in the checkout, you will be required to pre-pay these as part of the checkout process. You will not be charged any further costs upon delivery.

    If you are ordering internationally and duties are not provided in checkout, you will be required to pay any relevant local charges upon delivery, for which STOW is not liable.

    If you are ordering from the USA and your order total is under $800 USD, your order will be free of duties charges.

    Sending Sustainably

    At STOW we are dedicated to keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum and ensuring that our materials are sourced and manufactured in Europe. By not importing long-haul from either material suppliers or manufacturers based outside Europe, we are helping to meet our objective.

    Our finished products are transported from our partner factory in Spain by DHL via France and across the channel to our warehouse in North Hertfordshire, England. STOW orders are then shipped to individual customers throughout the world with DHL via Freight Brokers.

    Working with their partners DHL and the United Nations, Freight Brokers are offsetting 125% of the carbon emissions that their deliveries generate by investing in projects in developing countries around the world. All these projects reduce, avoid or remove greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. Freight Brokers have a mission to push their green initiative even further by committing to offset 250% of the carbon that their deliveries emit by 2025.

    Over 3.2 million KGs of carbon have been offset by Freight Brokers since March 2019.

    How to return your item for exchange or refund

    Please note that we are unable to accept refunds or offer exchanges on items that have been personalised.


    1. Please email THIS COMPLETED DOCUMENT to customerservice@stowlondon.co.uk informing us that you are returning your product/s and why, quoting your full name and original order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email).



    2. Package the item carefully and securely, avoiding any damage that could make the item unsaleable (and therefore, not eligible for refund or exchange). Make sure that the original order documentation is included in the package so that we have your full name, address and contact details to hand.



    3. Send the parcel via a tracked and insured service, retaining proof of posting for your reference. Please send your returns to:

      If you are returning an item from anywhere outside the UK then you must mark the parcels as 'Returned Goods', or you, the customer, will be liable for any accrued customs charges or VAT. STOW reserves the right to deduct £16.00 from any refund owed to the customer if a parcel is shipped incorrectly. This is a charge imposed on us by our courier, DHL, since Brexit on 1st Jan 2021.



    4. Once your item has arrived back with our Customer Services department and is inspected and approved, we will refund your original payment method within 7 working days (excluding shipping charges).

    Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions

    Items that are in a new and saleable condition with all original paperwork and packaging may be returned for an exchange or refund if they arrive back at our returns department within 30 days of the original delivery date. Sale items that are in a new and saleable condition with all original paperwork and packaging may be returned for an exchange or refund if they arrive back at our returns department within 14 days of the original delivery date. We regret that we are unable to accept returned products if they reach us once these deadlines have passed. This does not affect your statutory rights.


    Returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the item is faulty), including covering the cost of the return shipment and any duties or customs the package may incur. We recommend that all items are returned to us via a tracked and insured service as STOW cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive, arrive damaged in transit, are misdirected, lost, or arrive late.


    In the event that an item purchased directly from the STOW website is found to be faulty within a period of six months, STOW reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer.


    Goods that are returned outside of the above stated returns period and/or are damaged or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.


    If you received an item as a gift that you would like to return, you are entitled to a merchandise exchange or credit note. Gift exchanges will only be offered at the current RSP and for products that are in a resale-able condition in original packaging. We regret that we cannot offer exchanges on discontinued lines and personalised items. Credit notes must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.


    STOW are only able to process refunds to the original payment method and we cannot guarantee the timescale in which the refund will take to show in your account once it has left us.
