Received my new purse yesterday and upon opening and putting on strap , sliced open my finger on defective chain link. Contacted company immediately with pics and being told they don’t have any straps and they would get back to me by EOD Friday. Nothing and now won’t hear from them maybe until next week. Too expensive to have issues like this with product and service.
