Second time posting my review

not sure if stow deletes the negative feedback. I'm in the US and ordered this bag. Quality of the leather definitely deserves 5 stars. The process was a little bit of a pain. None of the photos show a model actually carrying the bag, but when i tried it on, it sat really weird on my hip or side in different lengths. I opted to return it for that reason. I had to pay $35 to return and $25 to ship it to me so I'm out quite a lot of money. And they make you return via DHL which is super far and scarce here in socal, who gives you no return confirmation. So for the lack of true pictures on how to wear it, and the loss of $ and time, I would not purchase from them again and I think this is important for anyone considering this bag-- you're losing $60 to return it, and to me, that is quite a lot.

Pleasant delivery

Great feel to the leather. Very spacious and I appreciate the smaller handle. Next I will try the mini as it can likely be “dressed up” more. Would recommend.

Nice bag, some areas for improvement

I like the bag. It's slouchy and stylish and fits a good amount. There is color transferring from the suede inside so be careful with light-colored items in the bag. The magnetic closure is secure and easy to get things out. Wish there is a shoulder strap instead of the crossbody strap. Due to the size, the bag wears better as a shoulder bag than a crossbody strap. Lastly, I got the bag before the price increase. However, I'm a little disappointed after learning about the price increase. I understand the increased popularity after Tanner Leatherstein's review. Wish there were a better explanation of the increased price given that the brand is proud of its pricing transparency. Overall speaking, a postive experience. Wish list: large tote bag with zippers!
