STOW accepts payment via Amex, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Play, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

When is my payment taken?
Payment is charged at the point your order is placed.
Do you charge VAT?
For all orders outside of the UK, VAT will not be eliminated from the total cost of your order before shipping costs are added.
Will my order be subject to customs and duties charges?
Delivery duties (DDP) are paid on all orders to the United States and European Union. This means that STOW covers any customs or duties charges that are accrued during shipment to these locations, so you can shop in the confidence that there will be no unexpected costs upon receipt.
If you are ordering outside of the US or EU and your order is not covered by our delivery duties paid (DDP) policy, your order may be subject to import duty/customs and local taxes that must be paid by you on receipt of your order. Rules vary by country and are determined by your local government. STOW will not be liable for this charge.
