We guarantee no additional charges on delivery for all our main markets. All import taxes, tariffs & duties are included in the price shown.

For non-pre-orders, we aim to ship the next working day following your purchase. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for items with personalisation. There may be a slight delay during busy seasonal periods.
All shipments are made with UPS or DHL depending on the region. You will be notified by email of your tracking number which allows you to track your shipment through the relevant website.
In line with our fair and transparent pricing policy, we offer FREE returns within 14 days of receipt- simply contact us to arrange your returns or exchanges.
